Snowman Decor, Acrylic Artwork, Original Painting Titled: Dressing Snowman I had this idea for a painting of how snowmen look in the middle of us making them. I wanted it to look like kids were in the middle of dressing snowmen then ran off as night came to go warm up with some warm soup or a cup of hot cocoa. I'm really happy with how this painting turned out, and can see myself making this a series some day. I painted the sky part of the painting using a sponge. I like the look of it and how it gives the illusion of a dark sky. The painting is done in acrylic paint and is varnished with Krylon matte finish spray varnish. The front of the painting has my initials, and on the back is my full signature along with a little bit of information about the painting. The painting comes unframed and without hanging devices.
