I had this idea for a painting where I wanted to play with straight lines and wanted to give the illusion of a burst of sunlight. As I began taping the lines out I really started getting into the angles and how I thought the center of this painting would catch a viewer's eye like the center of the sun. I'm honestly in love with how this piece turned out and can easily see this hanging on a white wall.
24x20 inch stretched canvas Acrylic on Canvas Unframed- the design is continued on the edges of the painting. Varnished with krylon matte finish spray varnish.
